Geneva Healthcare’s standard terms are net thirty (30) days. Please contact Geneva Healthcare to obtain a Credit Application to complete and submit for prompt processing.

The average lead time is 1-2 business days. Small quantity orders placed before 2 PM CST may ship same-day. If you need a delivery of an item by a specific date, contact Geneva Healthcare for confirmation of whether your delivery date can be met and the best shipping method to select.

All sales are F.O.B. Waterford, Wisconsin.

  • Unless otherwise stated, all freight charges are billed third party to the customers shipping carrier.
  • Geneva Healthcare may, in its sole discretion, select the carrier for shipments, unless specific shipping instructions are provided on the purchase order.
  • Geneva Healthcare will fulfill a purchase order and ship directly to your customer consistent with the other terms and conditions as set forth herein.
  • Prices are based on standard domestic packaging.

A Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returned merchandise. Please call Geneva Healthcare to obtain your RMA number. All return shipments must be shipped prepaid and clearly marked with the RMA number issued by Geneva Healthcare. If Buyer returns merchandise to Geneva Healthcare within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment, there will be no restocking fee. In excess of 30 days, returns are subject to a twenty percent (20%) of price materials restocking charge. Due to state hygiene reasons, returned goods must be unused, in resalable condition and may not be older than six (6) months. Buyer will be responsible for the freight charges if materials are returned at Buyer’s discretion; however, if Geneva Healthcare is responsible for the return, will pay all freight charges. Freight collect returns will not be accepted. Please use the original box to return the item if it is in good condition and remove any previous shipping labels. Damaged merchandise or items requiring repackaging will be billed at full repair cost. In addition, Geneva Healthcare reserves the right to refuse such shipments. Once Geneva Healthcare receives the returned merchandise, it will be inspected to verify its condition. If your return passes inspection, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.
